Refund policy
We don't offer refunds for change of mind. All products sold by Jack Jack Store go through rigorous quality control from the brands and by us. Any faulty items will be returned to the brands for further investigation before exchange or refund.
We will pay for your shipping costs to return an item if faulty.
Sale items are final.
We will except requests to exchange a product (except beauty products/perfumes and jewellery) for 5 days after delivery or purchase date.
